The room was cozy and the location was excellent - especially if you like easy access to live music and pubs. The hotel had a fabulous bar and several fantastic restaurants. We has several outstanding meals there. The town itself was among my favorites on our drive around the perimeter of Ireland, during which we stopped at 8 or 9 different towns/hotels. Be sure to visit Muckross House and take the Jaunty horse/carriage ride. It's worth the price. Oh, bonus! There's a little outdoor laundry mat next door to the hotel.

good location, 10 minutes walk to downtown, comfy beds, not too much noise from the road, mountain views when you face the road, friendly and helpful staff, quality food, easy to book a table. some staff can make an excellent cappuccino-upon request. home made food across the road, at the gas station. pretty Xmas decoration

Hotel is lovely, rooms are spacious and locations is good- just outside of town. Outdoor sitting area was great for having a drink in the beautiful weather. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This was located just ideally tor everywhere m. It’s stunning inside it and in all our years of going to Killarney oh my. This was the far comfiest oh them all. The bed was superb. Like me on clouds. The room gave a relaxing vibe. Everything you needed including a fan was in the room. Even the seats were just heaven to relax on with a cuppa. The food in the bar was amazing and had a lovely young lady serving us. I nearly cried leaving this one. It’s one that we definitely be back to

The staff were excellent (especially the gentleman in the pool area who even gave us recommendations for our trip!), and our bedroom was fabulous. A huge comfortable bed and nice hot shower. It is really well positioned because i liked to be slightly out from town (I mean a five minute walk but still preferred it). The petrol station opposite has great food options and a tasty late night ice cream counter! Nice late check out.

The staff were so friendly, the lady at reception when we arrived was so friendly and chatty but also helpful as was the gentleman who we had a lovely chat with about holidays (Indian) I can't remember their names but they were lovely, the foyer of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, our room was spotless and a nice size, the bed was so comfy as were the pillows, we didn't have dinner as we arrived later than we had intended, we had a quick change and headed off to see Paul Heaton, there was a different gentleman working when we arrived back and he was also very friendly. Breakfast the next morning was gorgeous with plenty of choice, I have to say I really enjoy a good breakfast and this was very tasty and fresh, we had a look around after breakfast the bar looked lovely but unfortunately we didn't have the time as it was only a one night stay. It's in a fantastic location for a nice little into town and just a little walk away from the INEC we will definitely be back.

We were so happy with our stay at the Dromhall hotel. I thought it was a great price for the quality of everything. All the hotel especially the reception is very elegant and everything is as it looks in the pictures. The room was so spacious, cosy and most importantly clean and we had a nice big classy bathroom. We used the swimming pool, sauna and steam room twice as it was so nice and relaxing- and this didn't cost us anything extra. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the bar, a lovely venue with a good atmosphere, the service was so quick and the food was lovely with big portions. Overall, we had a lovely recharging stay and will definitely be back to this hotel the next time we visit Killarney. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Dromhall hotel is in a great location within a 10 minute walk into Killarney town. The bedroom was clean and quiet. I was impressed that there were French and German TV channels available. The bathroom was clean and there were nice big towels. Breakfast was really good with a good selection of fruit, yogurt, pastries available at the buffet and an excellent selection of hot food cooked to order, especially a nice selection of hot food suitable for vegan/vegetarians.

The staff and décor of the hotel were fabulous. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the bar the first night and the food was very tasty and good value. The location was also excellent, just a short drive to some of the major sites in the area.

Beautiful hotel, the stairway is worth seeing even if you are not a guest. Location to the park entrance is convenient if you have a car. Breakfast options were exceptional.
